So “The April and Wayne Show” have released part I of their series “Exposing Metal Bands (satanic illuminati)” and it’s a frustrating, laughable video. Frustrating because of how single minded these people are. Frustrating that metal has evolved and is much more than hate, sex, drugs, violence and religious bashing. It’s silly to think that Suicide Silence promotes actual suicide (Go off of more than just the one line “Pull the trigger bitch”, the song is simple yet much more than just that) and to think that The Faceless and Whitechapel are satanic is just hilarious. I’m surprised they focused on these bands and not the easy targeted Deicide or Vital Remains. Something actually satanic, not a deathcore band discussing free will and metaphorically creating a story about the possibility of religion and the ability to break free from THEIR mind control. I hope April and Wayne realize this video right here is the exact reason why these bands exist. You’re taking something that is considered art and freedom of speech and turning it into a fear campaign to scare (brainwash) people from some of the best music on the face of the planet.

Also, those “possessed” quote’s are SO DAMN OLD! According to April and Wayne, this band is POSSESSED AND SATANIC!!!!

If you have EVER played an instrument, you know that after a while you can close your eyes, play and FEEL the music. It’s an awesome feeling. Is it Satan taking over my body? NO! It’s me feeling the rhythm, feeling the notes, synching my soul with what is coming out of the amp. It’s not a matter of my body or soul being taken over by creatures that do not exist. This is one of the most ignorant things I’ve ever heard.

It’s funny how this video is focusing on a few bands that aren’t even satanic. I wonder if they’ve ever heard of some metal bands that were more about story telling and actual life events. Are they satanic? No, they are basically telling stories in music form. (I have the video playing in the background as I type this, they cycle the same “ultra scary fear god” music over and over. It’s quite annoying.) I think it’s safe to say that these people are uneducated, ignorant and overall just over-zealous religious nuts. Sure, there is violence and sex in metal music. Doesn’t your Christian handbook have these same stories?

I personally think this is just dumb, but it’s also highly entertaining to watch. Not only because of how wrong they are, but how people can be so narrow minded and accuse others of being brainwashed when they are brainwashed themselves. Continue on the hatred and judging, you Christian psychos. I can’t wait for the rest of the series to continue.

In the meantime, let’s listen to some crazy as fuck satanic metal.
