I’m very very new to this band Carthage. However, what I hear I like, I like a lot. The overall sound is just massive (9-string guitars have that effect) and the production to make it all come together is done really well. Carthage is a mix of djent riffing, melodic leads, compassionate vocal work and death dealing drumming. The sound is a powerful progressive metal sound that everyone can enjoy. I’ve been jamming their song “Blackout” for about a week now and they just released a brand new track, which is even heavier!!! Don’t believe me? Listen for yourself!
