Artist Inverse Phase has completely re-done the entire “Pretty Hate Machine” classic from NIN and made into an NES hit! These 8-bit versions sound actually really good, if you can handle the horrible sounds of 8-bit. I dig this style however, being a video game nerd since the late 80′s, it really sits well with me. The tracks are done fantastically, all of the original beats and sounds are there but just in video game blips and bloops. If this wasn’t already an actual album, I’d say it was an official video game soundtrack. I really like this remix version of “Pretty Hate Machine”! Check it out!!!
